Why do tenants pay ₦1,500 to unlock a contact?

Browsing and saving homes is always free. The one-time ₦1,500 fee unlocks a specific listing's verified landlord contact and lets you book an inspection — and your access to that listing stays open for 30 days. It keeps the marketplace free of fake enquiries and time-wasters, so landlords take your interest seriously. You only ever pay it when you decide a particular home is worth pursuing, and the amount is always shown before you confirm.

How do you verify landlords and listings?

Every landlord and agent completes identity verification (NIN, BVN, and document checks) through a licensed partner before they can list. Unverified accounts can't publish properties, so you only ever see real homes from real people.

Is my money safe?

Payments are processed through a licensed, regulated payment provider. Every transaction is recorded and you get a downloadable receipt — so there's always a clear paper trail for both sides.
